How to Play - Spoilers used to save space

3. Have fun or leaveClasses Choose a class, what else? Each class has benefits and downsides. Each class has a different method of getting Credits. For example, weapons class gets points for kills, medic class gets points for healing, etc.

Link to classes.txtLink to creditearning.txtBasics You have a profile with stat sheet and player vision. Stat sheet has info on your health, items, etc. Player vision is a picture of what you can see at that time.
On your playervision, you'll see stuff like items, vehicles, buildings and other characters. A character with blue markings around his square is friendly, green means neutral or unknown and red means enemy.
Health If you get shot or fall off a cliff (hey, it can happen) you’ll lose health. Health is renewable by getting treated with a Medkit either by you or another player on your square. Also, you have shields that will go down before you lose health. Shields are recharged at the beginning of every turn.
Movement Player vision is a 15 x 15 squares in a diamond-like shape. You can move north, south, east, west (providing it's not water) or onto a purple square within your square. Moving in a direction takes up 25 Action Points.
V square = Gets into vehicle, uses 15 APs
L square = Climbs ladder, uses 25 APs
D square = Goes through door, uses 5 APs
I square = Picks up item, uses 3 APs
T square = Talks to NPC, uses 3 APs. PM me your questions and I'll PM you back the NPC's answers
Example: I have 100 APs per turn. I move once, using 25 APs, and now I've got 75 APs left to use that turn.
Turns Players take turns doing their moves. The player whose turn it is will PM me their turn, I will check to make sure it’s legal then complete the turn. Next I will PM the next in turn… and so on. After every player has moved, I will complete all the NPCs’ turns. After the NPCs go, I will post a report on what happened.
Example: Players 1 goes, Player 2 goes, NPCs go, Player 1 goes, etc.
Carrying You can’t hold infinite tools; carrying points defines how much you can. Each player has a number of CPs he has. Every item (excluding Credits and papers, which use none) has a weight in CPs. You can’t go over your max CPs.
Example: I've got 100 CPs. I pick up an AT 8mm Pistol (which uses 20 CPs), and now I've got 80 CPs to spare. If I was already using 85 CPs, I couldn't pick up the Pistol without dropping something else.
Tools Everything you pick up and use is a tool, or of the subset weapons. Some are used for moving across the map, others for destroying Ogel’s minions. Each tool has what are called actions. Each action takes up a specific amount of action points. Obviously (to me), you can’t use a tool if you’re out of APs. APs, like MPs, can’t be stored up but do renew every turn. Tools can be given to other players.
Other Items The currency of AT is called Credits. You get Credits for completing missions, killing enemies, etc. You lose Credits by buying items or upgrades. Credits can be given to other players.
Items you use to carry stuff are called carrying items. These have no actions, but slots for carrying things.
Vehicles Step onto the purple pad next to a vehicle and you’ll get into it. Vehicles have their own health, MPs, shields, weapons and everything else. From vehicles you can’t pick up items or use APs. Vehicles use a certain amount of APs to get in/out, specified in the vehicle stat sheet.
